Tiaret is Usodai's oldest child, but because she is female, she is supplanted in the line of succession by her younger brother, Jakada.
Physical Appearance[]
Tiaret is more of her father's pale golden tones, though she is noticeably richer in the color in comparison. She has her mother's yellow eyes as well as her dorsal stripe. Her nose is pink, like her father's. Her tail tuft is brownish blonde and she has a somewhat angular face, like both parents.
Personality[]
Tiaret is obsessive and ruthless, traits she shares with her father, and very eager to please, namely her brother Jakada to whom she was deathly loyal to. The only thing she shares with her mother is her instability.
Information[]
In Empires of Sand[]
Tiaret only appears in the story through flashbacks, missing in the main story, presumably dead. Jakada mentions her as he speaks to Iyapo about his future role as an advisor, revealing that she was his own Advisor. In the middle of saying so, he invokes the High Sun God to rest her soul, confirming she is deceased. The death is implied to be due to her undying loyalty to her brother.[1]
